									<p><span style="font-weight: 300;"><strong>Client:</strong> SGS Portugal</span></p><p><strong>Challenge</strong>: Promote SGS Academy courses, generating qualified leads and reinforcing SGS&#8217;s nationally and internationally recognition as respectable and trustworthy brand in the digital sphere.</p><p><strong>Approach:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Content Strategy: </strong>Weekly writing of 2 to 4 technical articles, according to the themes of courses to be held in the near future by SGS Academy. All articles were validated by SGS specialists/consultants before publication.</li><li><strong>Email Marketing: </strong>Production of a monthly newsletter, based on clippings of current events relevant to SGS topics, to communicate courses in specific areas to their target audience.</li><li><strong>Search Engine Optimization:</strong> Regular review of articles, both produced by us and previously written, from an SEO perspective, in search of better positioning and winning search engine snippets.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Results:</strong></p><p>In the two and a half years of the project, we produced nearly 300 articles and 30 newsletters on a wide variety of technical topics: Quality Management, Food Safety, Medical Devices, Environmental Management Systems, Cybersecurity, among others. This production allowed SGS to improve its positioning in specific topics, at the top of search engines.</p><p>On more than one occasion, we were selected as a case study in SGS&#8217;s global brand reports, thanks to the good results of the content strategy and articles produced.</p><p>The project regularly positioned SGS Portugal as one of the most digitally visible and relevant subsidiaries, internationally (Top 3).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong></p><p>The Content Production Strategy we designed with SGS Portugal allowed the client to feed their website with dynamic and rigorous content in a sustained manner and without overburdening their professionals. This strategy generated effects both from the perspective of organic visibility in search engines and as a means of fueling digital campaigns for lead generation and qualification.</p><p><strong>Customer review:</strong></p><p>With VAN&#8217;s support, SGS Portugal successfully implemented a Content Marketing strategy that contextualized SGS&#8217;s business in the world and in people&#8217;s lives. This strategy has allowed SGS Portugal to achieve its marketing objectives, namely increasing its brand visibility, attracting qualified leads, and generating business opportunities through its digital channels.</p>								</div>

The goal was to maintain visual consistency while allowing its different teams to easily introduce changes.</p><p><strong>Approach:</strong></p><p><strong>WordPress Selection:</strong> WordPress was chosen to ensure ease of editing in the back-office for various stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Structure and Wireframes:</strong> Initially, the project focused on the website&#8217;s macro structure, establishing the foundation for navigation and layout.</p><p><strong>Coherent Design:</strong> A simple and scalable logo was created for the conference&#8217;s different editions.</p><p><strong>Scalable Development:</strong> Throughout the development phase, there was a constant focus on scalability. This allowed parts of the website to be hidden or activated as needed to meet the requirements of each conference edition, including the ability to accommodate distinct programs, different numbers of rooms, and scheduled lectures.</p><p><strong>Testing and Launch:</strong> The website underwent rigorous testing to ensure its correct performance.</p>								</div>

Each item went through a rigorous validation process by the team at the museum before contents were uploaded to the catalogue’s database. The client then revised and approved the script to ensure total alignment with the company’s tone of voice and goals.</li><li><strong>Enticing visuals</strong>: once the script was approved, we moved to image creation to support the narrative. We have used a mix of Artificial Intelligence tools to produce the desired visuals within a Halloween aesthetic.</li><li><strong>Editing and Animating:</strong> many hours were invested in the animation of specific shots, either via AI tools either via professional video software.</li><li><strong>Video producing:</strong> Once the animation was done, the final video was produced, telling a Halloween story.</li><li><strong>Voice-over:</strong> Voice narration was done via a text-to-voice AI tool, ensuring a strong and captivating voice to strengthen the story.</li></ol>								</div>

									<p><strong>Results:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Brand alignment: </strong>not only did the video captivate the audience, it also highlighted Devoteam’s services, namely Cibersecurity, within the Halloween story.</li><li><strong>High performance:</strong> This was the post with the best performance of the year, with over 10 hours of visualization, thus becoming the most viewed reel on the page.</li><li><strong>Increased interactions:</strong> this video generated a high number of interactions, well above the average of the page.</li><li><strong>Added Exposure:</strong> The client’s brand exposure was reinforced with a follow-up video recorded by a Cibersecurity specialist within Devoteam.</li><li><strong>Positive Internal Feedback:</strong> The video was extremely well-received within Devoteam, generating a lot of internal engagement and recognition of the work done by the company on social media.</li><li><strong>High Social Impact:</strong> Statistically, this was clearly the best post on Devoteam’s social media since the start of their online presence, further boosting their digital existence.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong></p><p>With Devoteam, we showed how human creativity together with AI can transform a Halloween post into a highly-engaging content aligned to the brand and its services. A carefully written narrative, curated imagery and a customized visual approach reinforced Devoteam’s online presence.</p>								</div>
