Narrative-driven Halloween post

Client: Devoteam Portugal

Challenge: Devoteam wanted to set itself apart with a Halloween post that should not only be engaging but was also expected to put forward the company’s tech services.

Approach:

  1. Scriptwriting: before starting any design works, we carefully crafted a script that articulated Halloween and the brand’s tech services. The client then revised and approved the script to ensure total alignment with the company’s tone of voice and goals.
  2. Enticing visuals: once the script was approved, we moved to image creation to support the narrative. We have used a mix of Artificial Intelligence tools to produce the desired visuals within a Halloween aesthetic.
  3. Editing and Animating: many hours were invested in the animation of specific shots, either via AI tools either via professional video software.
  4. Video producing: Once the animation was done, the final video was produced, telling a Halloween story.
  5. Voice-over: Voice narration was done via a text-to-voice AI tool, ensuring a strong and captivating voice to strengthen the story.

Results:

  1. Brand alignment: not only did the video captivate the audience, it also highlighted Devoteam’s services, namely Cibersecurity, within the Halloween story.
  2. High performance: This was the post with the best performance of the year, with over 10 hours of visualization, thus becoming the most viewed reel on the page.
  3. Increased interactions: this video generated a high number of interactions, well above the average of the page.
  4. Added Exposure: The client’s brand exposure was reinforced with a follow-up video recorded by a Cibersecurity specialist within Devoteam.
  5. Positive Internal Feedback: The video was extremely well-received within Devoteam, generating a lot of internal engagement and recognition of the work done by the company on social media.
  6. High Social Impact: Statistically, this was clearly the best post on Devoteam’s social media since the start of their online presence, further boosting their digital existence.

 

Conclusion:

With Devoteam, we showed how human creativity together with AI can transform a Halloween post into a highly-engaging content aligned to the brand and its services. A carefully written narrative, curated imagery and a customized visual approach reinforced Devoteam’s online presence.
