Challenge:

EUFIN, an annual finance conference held in various European cities, faced the challenge of creating a website that could adapt to each edition of the event. The goal was to maintain visual consistency while allowing its different teams to easily introduce changes.

Approach:

WordPress Selection: WordPress was chosen to ensure ease of editing in the back-office for various stakeholders.

Structure and Wireframes: Initially, the project focused on the website’s macro structure, establishing the foundation for navigation and layout.

Coherent Design: A simple and scalable logo was created for the conference’s different editions.

Scalable Development: Throughout the development phase, there was a constant focus on scalability. This allowed parts of the website to be hidden or activated as needed to meet the requirements of each conference edition, including the ability to accommodate distinct programs, different numbers of rooms, and scheduled lectures.

Testing and Launch: The website underwent rigorous testing to ensure its correct performance.

Results:
Brand Consistency: Over the years, the website has significantly contributed to standardizing and maintaining the visual identity of the EUFIN conference.

Simplicity in Organization: The website provides each host city and university with the flexibility to customize their content, number of pages, contact forms, maps, and other relevant tools, simplifying the organizational processes for each edition.

Three Years of Success: The website is currently in its third year of use by various organizers, clearly demonstrating its scalability and capacity for adaptation and renewal.
